Milad EL Naddaf

Milad EL Naddaf has four years of work experience in the Human Resources field. In 2020, they were a Human Resources Intern at BLOM BANK s.a.l., where they assisted in the development of policies and Excel sheets related to personnel and CSR teams, and worked on a program called BLOM Shabeb. That same year, they were a Human Resources Trainee at MedTourEasy, where they worked on Human Resources projects and job descriptions related to medical staff. In 2022, they were a Recruitment Associate at EIGER International, where they were responsible for the identification, sourcing of potential candidates and proactively conducted market mapping as well as approached the candidates identified on the phone and assessed the suitability of the profile. Currently, they are a HR Database Manager & Recruitment Associate at Pact & Partners International.

Milad EL Naddaf has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut, which they obtained between 2018 and 2021. Milad is currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Human Resources and Performance Management at SKEMA Business School, which they began in 2021.
