Scott McHenry has had extensive work experience in various sales and management roles. Scott is currently serving as the Head of Sales - Closures, Specialty & Processed Foods at Pact Group Holdings Ltd since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Ecolab as the National Sales Manager from November 2013 to April 2021, and from November 2013 to November 2018. Additionally, they held the position of Field Sales Manager, Pacific West, Food & Beverage at Ecolab from October 2013 to October 2018. Before joining Ecolab, Scott worked at Tetra Pak as the Manager Key Accounts from October 2008 to October 2013. Their responsibilities included managing several globally based accounts and developing new market opportunities. Scott's career also includes working at Visy Industries as the Regional Sales Manager from May 2004 to September 2008, Business Alliance Manager from October 2002 to May 2004, Senior Account Manager from January 1999 to October 2002, and Sales Representative from February 1996 to January 1999. Lastly, they previously served as a Flight Instructor at Troy Aviation from 1995 to 2000.
Scott McHenry completed a Master's degree in Organisational Leadership at Monash University. Scott also obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership at Monash University. In 2011, they attended Cranfield University and studied Key Account Management. Scott completed a program on Effective Personal Leadership at Leadership Management International in 2009. In 2004, they earned a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Monash University. Additionally, they attended Top Gun Academy in 2000 for Sales Professional training and David Forman in 1998 for Key Account Management. Prior to that, they studied Accounting and Business/Management, and obtained an Associate Diploma at Box Hill Tafe from 1994 to 1997. In 1991, they attended Box Hill Tafe for Negotiating Skills.
