With a strong background in public health, Jennifer has developed and managed multimillion-dollar portfolios, overseen program management units, provided leadership in technical working groups, and fostered donor relationships. Jennifer has a Master of Public Health from Boston University, an MA in Post-Soviet and East European Studies from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor's degree in Slavic Studies from West Virginia University.
