Mirana Fanomezantsoa Rakotosamimanana

Mirana joined Pact in 2007 and has 15 years of direct project management experience implementing development projects funded by USAID, the World Bank, the U.S. Department of Labor and more. She has been serving as the country manager for Pact in Madagascar for the past five years and as chief of party for the RISE+ program since 2012. As country manager, she has successfully built strong relationships within the government of Madagascar, civil society organizations and in private sector engagement. She holds bachelor’s degree as well as a master’s in business administration and is a certified PMD-Pro. Her technical expertise includes health, sexual and reproductive health, child welfare, child labor reduction, youth education and employability, economic strengthening, HIV programming and capacity development.
