ManHin Wong has worked for Pactech Cables since 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Cable Engineering Internship, where they helped to code for the company's website updates and troubleshot and optimized the Ethernet networks with routers and switches QoS, 802. 11 Channel selections, and Firmware updates. In 2018, they worked as a Sales Engineer, where they designed Multi-Protocol Internal Cable Pinouts for SAS and/or PCIe Solutions (SFF-9402), including SFF-TA-1033 Specifications, MCIO SFF-TA-1016 Protocol, SlimSAS SFF-8654, Oculink SFF-8621 &SFF-8611, HD MiniSAS SFF-8643 Tx/Rx differential pairs and sidebands signal connections. ManHin also designed the ATX/EPS and PCIe power cable solutions with industrial standards such as GPU and Motherboard pinouts and IPC/WHMA-A-620 harness assemblies standards for the OEM server manufacturers. Additionally, they analyzed the signal integrity (NEXT, FEXT, RL signals) of data transmission on Ethernet Cables and High-speed cables through Fluke Network Tester Report. ManHin also worked as a Software Engineer, where they developed and designed web-based configurators for online customers constructing customized cables with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and JQuery, participated in re-building and maintaining the new company's website, and researched on a cloud service with platform as a service for the company's Enterprise Resource Planning ERP.
