Douglas Holt

Douglas Holt is a seasoned food scientist with extensive experience in product development and sensory science. Currently serving as a Senior Food Scientist at Pactiv Evergreen Inc. since November 2020, Douglas previously held the position of Research And Development Manager at AbiMar Foods, Inc., where leadership in food product development for bakery items was a key focus. Douglas has a solid background in sensory and consumer guidance, having worked as a Chemistry and Sensory Science Senior Manager at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. and Manager at Dr Pepper Snapple Group. Additional experience includes a managerial role in food chemistry at Kellogg Company and over a decade as an Associate Professor at the University of Missouri. Douglas Holt earned a PhD in Food Science and Technology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
