Rachel Maia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership and advisory roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Conselheira Administrativa at GPA and Presidente do Conselho Administrativo at Pacto Global Rede Brasil, Rachel also contributes as a Colunista Econômica for Vogue Negócios and holds a position as Conselheira Administrativa (Independente) and Coordinator of the Sustainability Committee at Vale. As the Founder and CEO of RM Cia 360, Rachel has led initiatives while also participating as a speaker for notable companies such as Bayer, Cargill, and Microsoft since 2015. With a solid educational background, including an MBA in Finance from FGV, executive education at Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Accounting, Rachel Maia combines expertise in finance, leadership, and sustainability.
