Regina Célia Barbosa is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in education, human rights advocacy, and public policy. As a co-founder and Vice President of Instituto Maria da Penha since July 2009, Regina also serves as the Director of Pedagogy and Projects at the Recife branch. Regina holds advisory positions with Pacto Global da ONU and Visão Mundial, focusing on race and women's human rights issues.
