Throughout a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Lorraine has successfully developed and implemented HR strategies that foster business growth and enhance talent engagement across various organizations, including AppNexus, BlackRock, Foxglove, and American Express. An expert in human capital management, Lorraine holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the State University of New York and a Master's degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of New Haven.
