Jordi Pallares Roset

Jordi Pallares Roset is an experienced engineering manager and software engineer currently serving as Engineering Manager at Paddle since December 2021. Prior roles include serving as the CTO, Founder, and CEO of MusicList from 2018 to September 2021, where Jordi managed a team of 20 and successfully raised €500K in funding. Earlier experience includes working as a software engineer at RCI | Vacation Exchange, Grupo Hotusa, and TaTenis, where significant contributions included managing high-traffic projects and creating a leading website for junior players in Spain. Jordi holds a Master's in High Performance Web Programming and an Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering from Universitat Ramon Llull, complemented by studies at Stanford Continuing Studies.
