Alan Whelan

Alan Whelan is a Senior Cloud Security Engineering Manager at Flutter Entertainment Plc, where Alan has been since November 2023. Prior to this role, Alan held various positions at Paddy Power Betfair from November 2015 to their current position. Before their time at Paddy Power Betfair, Alan worked at Rits Information Security as an Information Security Consultant from March 2012 to November 2015, where Alan specialized in network vulnerability assessments, computer forensics, and security audits. Alan holds an M.Sc. in Information Security and Digital Forensics from Technological University Dublin, along with a BSc Hons. in the same field and a B.S. in Computer System Management from Institute of Technology, Carlow.
