Dr. Christina Lammer currently serves as a program coordinator for AI in mentoring and sustainability in mentoring at Paderborn University since June 2020, and also manages the gender equality program in academia and research, overseeing the mentoring program perspEktIve M. Previous experience includes roles as a postdoctoral associate and program manager for gender equality at Belgienzentrum, and university lecturer positions at the University of Cologne, where Dr. Lammer taught various literature courses. Dr. Lammer holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Comparative Literature and German Language and Literature from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and the University of Amsterdam, along with a Bachelor of Arts in both Dutch and German Language & Culture. Research expertise focuses on memory and identity within the works of Dutch writer Doeschka Meijsing, with the published thesis available open access.
