Heather Rauscher

Heather Rauscher has extensive work experience as an office manager, with their most recent role being the Office Manager - Lead at Padilla since September 2020. Before that, they worked as an Office Manager at Padilla from September 2013 to September 2020. Prior to their time at Padilla, they served as an Office Manager at CRT/tanaka from August 2005 to August 2013. Heather also has experience as a Director of Operations / Studio Manager at SoundImage NY from May 2004 to May 2005 and as a Production Coordinator at Liebert Recording Studios from March 2000 to May 2004.

Heather Rauscher obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from New York University, where they studied from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Oberlin College from 1993 to 1995, focusing on Biopsychology.
