John Darino

John Darino has a diverse work experience in various companies. John is currently serving as the Director of Analytics and Business Improvement at PADNOS since June 2022. Before that, they worked at Vyaire Medical, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Director - Global Sourcing, Director - Sourcing Strategy & Supply Chain Center of Excellence, and Senior Manager - Sourcing Strategy & COE from November 2019 to June 2022.

Prior to Vyaire Medical, John was a Manager at EY's Working Capital Advisory practice from September 2018 to June 2019, where they helped clients identify and release cash from working capital. Before that, they worked at Crowe as a Manager - Strategic Sourcing from August 2014 to September 2018, leading strategic sourcing consulting engagements and managing a team of Senior Consultants.

John also gained experience as a Global Sourcing Associate at Hospira from July 2013 to July 2014. John started their career as an Account Executive at Brown & Brown Insurance from August 2010 to November 2011.

In their previous role at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, John served as a Procurement Specialist - Manufacturing Services from December 2011 to July 2013. In this role, they managed a significant annual spend and was responsible for contract negotiations, strategy development, sourcing events, inventory reduction measures, trials, and stakeholder communication.

John Darino attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2007 to 2010. John earned a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management & Marketing during their time there.
