Katy Short

Katy Short has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Katy worked as a Recruiter at PADNOS since 2022. Previously, they were employed at Operate Beyond from 2020 to 2022, where they initially served as a Sales and Business Development professional, contributing to the development of effective websites. Katy later transitioned into a Sales Manager position.

Before that, Katy worked as a Recruiter specializing in Clinical Nursing at EPITEC from 2019 to 2020. During their tenure, they exceeded placement and submittal goals consistently. Prior to EPITEC, they held the role of Sales Recruiter at Stryker from 2018 to 2019.

From 2016 to 2018, Katy worked at EPITEC as a Technical Recruiter and Business Development Team member. In 2016, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Target, where they managed a team and successfully implemented company programs. Katy also worked as a Resident Manager intern at McLaren Flint in 2015 and as an Administrative Assistant at Central Michigan University from 2013 to 2015.
