Rachel Norton

Rachel Norton has had a diverse range of work experience. Rachel started their career at First Interstate Bank, where they held multiple roles including Collateral Examiner, Credit Analyst, and Commercial Loan Representative. Rachel then moved on to Caliber Bank, where they were a Commercial Loan Officer and managed a $4 million loan portfolio. Rachel later joined Accenture as a Manager, and then transitioned to Umpqua Bank as a Credit Analyst. Rachel then worked at Foundation Bank as a Credit Manager, AVP, before joining Northstar Sourcing Group as CFO/Finance Manager. Rachel then joined Paducah Bank as VP, Director of Credit Analysis, where they managed a team and assisted relationship managers with credit presentations. Rachel also served as President of the Board of Directors at The National Quilt Museum and as President of the Board of Trustees at McCracken County Public Library. Rachel'sexperience includes financial management, credit analysis, and leadership roles.

Rachel Norton has earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Prior to that, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance (dual major) from the same institution. Rachel Norton has also passed all sections of the CPA exam, resulting in their certification as a CPA.
