Conrad Brown

An engineer who is passionate about sustainable design, Conrad has more than 20 years of experience in mechanical system design and was the seventh person in Oregon to become a LEED Accredited Professional. He has worked on dozens of LEED projects and several that have achieved or are pursuing Living Building and Net-Zero Energy status. Among his award-winning projects is the Bullitt Center, the world’s largest commercial Living Building. Conrad also has considerable experience in construction and construction administration, giving him insight into how designs translate in the field.
