Andrew Amante

Andrew Amante has extensive experience in emergency response and disaster management. Andrew has served as the Chief Strategy Officer and Special Operations Chief at Pafford Medical Services since 2017, where they lead and coordinates special operations teams during national and international emergency response deployments. Prior to that, they worked as the President of Stiver & Associates, LLC from 2016 to 2020 and as the Chief Executive Officer of E.S.M. Consulting, LLC from 2015 to 2020. Andrew also held various roles at MedicOne Medical Response from 2015 to 2017, including Texas State Director of Operations and Special Operations Response Team member. From 2010 to 2017, Andrew was with MONOC - Special Operations Division, where they served as the Special Operations Division Manager, Coordinator of Transportation Services, Northern Division Operations Manager, and Assistant Communications Supervisor. Andrew also worked as the General Manager at Rural/Metro Corporation in 2014. Throughout their career, Andrew has been involved in key deployments and responses to disasters such as hurricanes, wildfires, and tornadoes. Andrew is skilled in facilitating inter-agency communications and ensuring the timely execution of action plans.

Andrew Amante has a diverse education history in the fields of ambulance compliance, insurance fraud detection and investigation, fire services administration, emergency service management, emergency management, and crisis/emergency/disaster management. In 2016, they attended the National Academy of Ambulance Compliance for a brief period to study ambulance compliance. In the same year, they also obtained certifications as a Certified Ambulance Compliance Officer (CACO) and a Certified Ambulance Coder (CAC) from NAAC, Inc. Additionally, they became an Instructor - Level 9 through the Health & Safety Institute (HSI).

In 2017, Andrew obtained certification as an Emergency Medical Technician from the United States Virgin Islands. As for their formal education, they attended Columbia Southern University, although no specific start or end years are provided. During their time there, they pursued a degree in Fire Services Administration and another in Emergency Service Management. Andrew also undertook emergency management studies at the Emergency Management Institute, crisis/emergency/disaster management courses at Frederick Community College, and emergency service management courses at Raritan Valley Community College.
