Oladapo Awosika

Oladapo Awosika is a skilled product designer with significant experience in creating user-centric designs across multiple sectors, including FinTech and FemTech/MedTech. Currently at Paga Group Ltd, Oladapo has successfully designed a recurring payments feature and re-engineered the onboarding flow, resulting in increased user engagement and retention. Previous roles include UX Designer at Guidea, Lead Product Designer at HopStair®, where behavioural science and AI were utilized to enhance user confidence, Product Designer at Grafect, where an interactive tutorial significantly reduced the uninstall rate, and various positions that deeply involved user research and interface optimization. Oladapo holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta.
