Dor Gil

Dor Gil currently serves as the Head of Portfolio Management Operations at Pagaya, having held various roles including Delivery Team Lead, Delivery Manager, and Business Operations Associate since August 2021. Prior to Pagaya, Dor worked as a Product Designer at Elbit Systems Ltd from March 2021 to July 2021. Dor's extensive experience in the Israeli Navy from March 2011 to August 2019 includes roles such as Director Of Training Center for the Submarine Flotilla, Deputy Submarine Commander, and Weapon's Department Commander. In these positions, Dor was responsible for operational training, decision-making under uncertainty, and managing submarine warfare systems. Dor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Political Science from the University of Haifa and is a graduate of the Israeli Naval Academy.
