Hagar Shahen-Tov has a wealth of experience in business operations and management, having worked in various leadership roles across different companies. Prior to Pagaya, Hagar served as the Director of Global Business Operations at a Cyber Intelligence Company, where Hagar led a team of business analysts and operations.
