Michael Hultquist

Michael Hultquist is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in food writing, recipe development, screenwriting, and web development. Since January 1999, Michael has been a Food Writer, Cook, and Recipe Developer for Chili Pepper Madness, focusing on chili peppers and authoring several cookbooks on the subject. As a Book Author for Page Street Publishing since June 2017, Michael penned "The Spicy Dehydrator Cookbook." Additionally, Michael has specialized in dark, thriller, horror, and action genres as a Screenwriter since January 2004 and holds a Certificate in Screenwriting from UCLA. As the President of Quist Interactive, Inc. since December 1998, Michael oversees web development, eLearning, and multimedia projects. Michael earned a Master's degree in English from Northern Illinois University, completed in 1996.
