Sarah Dagher

Sarah Dagher has a diverse work experience that spans from 2014 to 2021. Sarah began their career as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Operation IV, a nonprofit organization focused on providing veterans suffering from post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) with resources to help them transition to back life out of combat. In 2015, Sarah began working as an Administrative Executive at Dunmore Exclusives, a local property management company. In this role, they prepared and edited reports, presentations, and lease agreements, solidifying multiple lease agreements, accounting for approximately $20,000 in yearly revenue. In 2016, Sarah took on the role of Mortgage Analyst at The Federal Savings Bank, where they were responsible for authorizing disbursement of funds and maintained an accuracy rating of 99. In 2019, Sarah joined IRI as a Client Services Analyst and Operations Analyst. In this role, they managed four high profile accounts collectively responsible for their daily ETL tasks and oversaw database structural changes. Sarah also simplified automation of Quality Control daily tasks, resulting in an increased workflow and increased accuracy by over 15% from Q1 2020 to Q2 2020. Finally, Sarah joined Page Vault in 2021 as a Product Manager. In this role, they worked backward from customer feedback to develop automated features for TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter, enhancing customer experience, increasing customer satisfaction, and decreasing churn. Sarah also owned and improved key stakeholder cross-communication (developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations) by consolidating cycles and creating direct channels of communication based on accountability, and streamlined operational protocol building a framework that increased developer work streams by 16% in 2022.

Sarah Dagher attended The Hockaday School from 2006 to 2011, where they received their high school degree. Sarah then attended the University of Scranton from 2011 to 2016, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Finance. In 2018, they attended Northwestern University for Data Science.
