Jesse Ward

Jesse Ward serves as the Director of Customer Support and Services at Pagefreezer, overseeing a global team dedicated to onboarding, training, and implementations for a leading SaaS provider specializing in web and social media archival solutions. Prior to this role, Jesse held positions at the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS® focused on compliance and data integrity, where project management and data analysis were key responsibilities. Experience also includes editorial leadership roles at Dalhousie Gazette, including Editor-in-chief, and internships with CBC and Global News, where investigative reporting and documentary production were emphasized. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Journalism (Honours) degree from the University of King's College.
