Tania Rodrigues is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in middle office operations, credit control, and accounts receivable management. Currently serving as Senior Middle Office Team Lead at PageGroup since July 2019, Tania has successfully managed a team of over 25 FTEs while focusing on process optimization, performance tracking, and risk mitigation.
