Achia Swift

Achia Swift is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employment law and corporate governance. Currently serving as Sr. Director, Associate General Counsel, and Head of Global Employment at PagerDuty since November 2020, Achia has previously held significant roles, including Legal Director at Uber, where notable contributions included managing the response to the Susan Fowler whistleblower case and developing the Managing Within the Law workshop for over 4,000 managers. Additional experience includes positions as Associate General Counsel at SunEdison, where global employment policies were implemented, and Senior Director of Employment Compliance at 24 Hour Fitness, where relationships with various corporate teams were established. Early career experiences at Intel Corporation, Burnham Brown, and other firms provided a strong foundation in litigation and employment law. Achia holds a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Davis, and a JD from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law.
