Caroline Hood

Caroline Hood is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in enterprise and commercial sales. Currently serving as Director of Sales for Enterprise and Director of Commercial Sales, Mid-Market at PagerDuty since September 2018, Caroline has consistently delivered exceptional results, including achieving FY24 H2 at 103% and ranking among the top teams in net new revenue. Prior to this, Caroline excelled as an Account Executive for Major Accounts at PagerDuty, where notable achievements included being a member of the Achiever's Club and the top East Commercial Representative for FY22. Earlier roles at Humi HR and Top Hat focused on account management and sales development within the HR and ed-tech sectors, respectively. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies with an Honours Specialization in Consumer Behaviour from Western University, supplemented by leadership certificates in Blue Shield and ID&E.
