Wade Loftesnes

Wade Loftesnes is a seasoned professional in customer success and financial education, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success Scale at PagerDuty since February 2021. Prior to this role, Wade held multiple positions at Convercent, culminating in the role of Customer Success Operations Manager. In addition to corporate roles, Wade founded Mtn Money Master LLC in June 2020, focusing on financial coaching and education. Earlier experience includes significant sales roles at Salesforce and Daktronics, as well as travel in New Zealand and Europe. Wade holds a Business Administration degree from the University of North Dakota and is a Salesforce Certified Administrator.
