Ryan Fisher has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ryan started their career in 1999 as a CAD Designer at Dell, where they specialized in providing detail drawings of circuit boards for manufacturing. During their time at Dell, they also gained experience in designing low-tech circuit boards and maintaining the internal departmental website.
In 2001, Ryan joined JMC Products as a CAD Draftsman, where they served as the primary documentation specialist. Ryan was responsible for providing various types of documentation to sales, engineers, managers, and production technicians, including detail drawings, CAD models, and manufacturing engineering documents.
From 2007 to 2009, Ryan worked at BOXX Technologies as an Engineering Services technician, with a versatile role that involved handling documentation of all types, including production drawings and manufacturing engineering documents. Ryan also played a role in building, testing, and evaluating parts and prototypes for production readiness.
In 2010, Ryan worked as a Mechanical Drafter/Designer at SPM Technology, Inc. Their responsibilities included creating mechanical designs and drawings.
Ryan then joined Electric Power Engineers, Inc in 2011, where they were involved in day-to-day operations and miscellaneous tasks such as billing, procurement, administration, IT, and marketing.
From 2011 to 2015, Ryan worked as a Senior Draftsman/Designer at a high-tech startup. Their role involved drafting and designing various projects.
In 2015, Ryan joined NetGate as a Build Technician, responsible for building and assembling various hardware components.
Most recently, Ryan worked at Page Southerland Page, Inc. as an IT Hardware Specialist, starting in 2016.
Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated their expertise in CAD drafting and design, documentation management, hardware assembly, and IT support.
Ryan Fisher attended Texas State Technical College from 1996 to 1998, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Drafting & Design Technologies. Prior to their time at the technical college, they completed their high school education at Southlake Carroll High School. In addition to their formal education, Ryan also obtained a CompTIA A+ ce certification from CompTIA in December 2015.
