Jennifer G. has a diverse work history spanning different industries and roles. Jennifer started their career as an Administration Manager at PhysioSouth, where they managed administrative duties and staff. Jennifer then transitioned to a role as a Store Manager at Plume, a high-end fashion store, where they handled personnel and human resources tasks. Jennifer later worked as an HR Consultant at STAR Consulting before joining Fluor Australia as a Systems and Strategy Specialist in HR/Recruitment. In this role, they were responsible for being a key user of the Kenexa BrassRing system. Jennifer then served as a Recruitment Consultant at Save the Children Australia, where they supported aid and development initiatives for children. Jennifer also had a brief stint as a Freelance Trainer at PageUp, delivering training programs to both internal and external stakeholders. Jennifer returned to PageUp for several roles, including Implementation Analyst, Implementation Consultant, Program Manager, and ultimately, Global Head of PreSales. Throughout their career, Jennifer has accumulated experience in project management, system implementation, talent management, and recruitment.

Jennifer G. completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Canterbury. This educational journey started in 2000 and ended in 2007.
