Penny Street has extensive work experience in various roles within the human resources and talent management industry. Penny began their career at Westpac as a Learning & Development Manager before moving on to become a Human Resources Consultant. Penny then worked at AMP as a Capability Development Manager. Penny joined BizEd Services as a Principal Consultant in 2001, and later joined Talent2 as a Manager Consulting. During their time at Talent2, they held several roles including Service Delivery Director, Global Head Centre of Excellence OD - RPO, and Enterprise Account Manager. Penny then worked at PageUp as an Account Executive - Global Accounts, followed by a role as a Product Marketing Manager. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President Global Renewals and Strategic Accounts at PageUp, where they are responsible for leading the optimization of the global customer renewal journey and management of key strategic accounts. Overall, Penny has demonstrated their expertise in talent management, strategic account management, and product marketing throughout their career.
Penny Street attended Swinburne University of Technology from 1999 to 2001 where they obtained a degree in MOB L&OD (Leadership and Organisational Dynamics). In September 2019, they also became certified as an HBDI Practitioner from HBDI.
