Hilario Menendez

Hilario Menendez is a seasoned technology executive and entrepreneur, currently serving as the CTO and Co-Founder of Paggo since November 2021, and as a Board Member for Asociación Fintech Guatemala since February 2023. With a robust background in technical operations and project management, Hilario has held key roles including Head of Technical Operations and Product Owner at Excess Software, where coordination of projects was a critical focus. Experience at Knight Capital Funding involved leading technical teams and overseeing a significant infrastructure transition to AWS. Hilario’s earlier career includes web development and UX design positions across various organizations, contributing to e-commerce strategies that enhanced user engagement and increased bookings. Hilario holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stetson University and an MBA from Universidad del Valle de Guatemala.
