Akiko Kaiho

Akiko Kaiho has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing. Akiko is currently the Head Of Marketing at Paidy since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Johnsonville from February 2018 to April 2021, where they controlled overall brand marketing in Japan and achieved strong growth. Akiko also worked at Mars for several years, where they held various roles such as Assistant Brand Manager Marketing, Brand Executive in Cat category, Brand Executive in Dog category, and Trade Marketing Assistant. Akiko demonstrated success in growth strategy planning, new product launch, and brand deployment during their time at Mars.

Akiko Kaiho attended GLOBIS University and graduated in 2014 with a focus on critical thinking, quantitative analysis, marketing, and presentation. Prior to that, they studied at Waseda University from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Business Essentials from UC San Diego Extension in 2008.
