Noel Lim

Noel Lim began working as a Caretaker at Little Footprints Preschool in June 2018, but this position was short-lived as it ended in August of the same year. From 2021 to 2022, Lim worked as a Dental Assistant at Simon Lim DDS. In June 2023, Lim will begin working as a Laboratory Technician at Paige, where they will execute laboratory experiments, perform data generation and analysis using next-generation sequencing platforms, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the accuracy of results.

Noel Lim attended Lowell High School from 2016 to 2020, where they earned their high school diploma. While attending City College of San Francisco from 2019 to 2022, Noel completed the Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC) program. In addition, they studied biology at the College of San Mateo and earned an Associate of Science degree in 2022. Noel then attended UC San Diego from 2022 to 2023 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in neurobiology and bioinformatics. Noel also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in genetics, genomics, evolution, and development from the University of California, Berkeley, from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in oral oncology at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine from 2022 to 2026. Additionally, Noel plans to continue their studies and attend Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine from 2023 to 2027 to obtain their Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree with a focus on orthodontics/orthodontology. In 2021, they obtained Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.
