Stuart Passmore

Stuart Passmore has extensive work experience in various financial and operational roles. Stuart is currently serving as the Chief Operating & Financial Officer at Paiger since May 2022. Prior to that, they were a Non Executive Director at Paiger from June 2021 to May 2022.

From 2018 to 2022, Stuart worked as the CFO at cube19. Stuart was responsible for financial management during this period.

Before joining cube19, Stuart had a long tenure at Broadbean Technology, starting in 2007. Stuart initially joined as the Finance Director and was later promoted to the role of Chief Operating & Financial Officer. During their time at Broadbean Technology, Stuart played a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion. Stuart was actively involved in the senior leadership team and oversaw various finance and operations activities. Stuart'searlier experience includes working at Keeling Lester & Co, where they joined as a Trainee Accountant in 1987 and progressed to become the Managing Partner. Stuart played a significant role in the expansion of the business, focusing on clients in the QSR and fine dining sectors, including securing business from McDonald's franchise owners and high-end eating establishments.

Stuart Passmore attended Forest School (Independent) from 1984 to 1987 and Rushcroft School from 1981 to 1985. Stuart later pursued a degree in Accounting at London Metropolitan University. In terms of certifications, Stuart obtained the "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" certification from LinkedIn in January 2022. Stuart also holds qualifications such as "CIOT Qualified" from the Institute of Taxation and a membership with the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).
