Jessica Olson, SHRM-CP, PHR

Jessica Olson, SHRM-CP, PHR has over 15 years of Human Resources experience. Jessica began their career in 2005 as an Assistant Clinic Administrator for Massage Envy. In 2007, they moved on to STA Travel as a Human Resources Assistant/Coordinator. In 2008, Olson joined The Austin Diagnostic Clinic as an HRIS Specialist, and was quickly promoted to HR Generalist and then Senior HR Generalist. In 2011, they began volunteering with the Austin Human Resource Management Association (AHRMA) as the Diversity and Inclusion VP. In 2018, they joined HCA Healthcare as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Most recently, they were appointed as the Director of Human Resources and Training for Pain Specialists of America in 2022.

Jessica Olson, SHRM-CP, PHR has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of North Texas (2003-2006), a HR Management Certificate Program from The University of Texas at Austin (2009), and the Stepping Stones to Enhanced Leadership from AHRMA (2011). Jessica has also obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2009, and the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in November 2015.
