Susan Rugh

Susan Rugh is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in pain management. Currently serving as a Pain Specialist FNP at Pain Specialists of Southern Oregon since January 2022, Susan assesses and manages chronic pain through a variety of multi-modal options, including physical exams, therapy recommendations, and medication management. Previous roles include Extended Access Provider at Asante and Disaster Health Services Nurse for the American Red Cross. With a comprehensive background in emergency medical services, Susan has held positions ranging from EMT-Paramedic to Certified Flight Paramedic and has extensive teaching experience as an EMS Program Instructor. Susan holds multiple nursing degrees, including a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Simmons University and various associate degrees in nursing and emergency medical technology.
