Dan Hermann is the Founder & CEO of Paint Nite, a company that provides engaging events to people across North America and around the world. Dan was involved in the company from its inception in March 2012 and continued to serve as CEO until June 2018. Under their leadership, Paint Nite was recognized as the second fastest-growing company by Inc Magazine in 2016. Following their departure from Paint Nite, Dan Hermann became the Operating Chairman & Co-Founder of Yaymaker in June 2018. Prior to their involvement with Paint Nite, they co-founded Lazybones Inc. in August 1993 and served as CO-Founder until March 2012.
Dan Hermann completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1988 to 1992. Dan later pursued multiple Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees, specializing in Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Studies. From 2005 to 2008, they attended the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business for their first MBA, focusing on Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations. Subsequently, they returned to Babson College from 2006 to 2009 for another MBA in Entrepreneurship. Finally, from 2005 to 2010, they completed their third MBA at the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, specializing in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
