Lynn Odum

Lynn Odum is an experienced project manager with over a decade at Painter Ready Group, where responsibilities include executing large-scale rollouts and maintenance for national commercial and restaurant clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, on specification, and within budget. Prior to this role, Lynn served as a project management assistant at Odum Brothers Masonry for nearly 19 years, managing day-to-day operations in a multi-million-dollar construction firm. Additionally, Lynn worked as a management consultant at Cumberland Partners, demonstrating skills in conflict resolution, performance evaluation, and organizational change initiatives. Lynn holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources/Psychology, both from Middle Tennessee State University.
