Lori Sparks

Lori Sparks has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Lori began their career as a Peer Tutor, Student Ambassador, and Counseling Services Intern at McKendree University. In 2017, they worked as a Summer Camp Counselor at Granite City Park District. In 2019, they worked as a Registered Behavior Technician at The Hope Institute for Children and Families. In 2020, they worked as a Behavioral Specialist at Gateway Regional Medical Center. Currently, they are working as a People Operations Associate and Care Navigator at Pair Team.

Lori Sparks attended McKendree University from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Lori is currently enrolled at Florida International University, where they are pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
