Melodie Dequeiros has extensive experience in community management and customer support within the gaming industry. Melodie began their career at Respondez in 2011, where they served as the Customer Support Manager and led a team in providing various services for Ubisoft AAA and F2P games. During their time at Respondez, they defined and implemented customer service procedures and supervised a multicultural team of Community Managers and support agents. In 2014, Melodie joined Ubisoft as a Community Manager, focusing on directly communicating with players and building a strong brand following for various AAA games. Melodie helped establish a strong voice and personality for all AAA brands and contributed to the creation and implementation of social media calendars. In 2015, they transitioned to Peak Labs, where they served as the Consumer Satisfaction and Community Manager until 2020. Currently, Melodie holds the role of Community Lead at Paired since 2020.
From 2007 to 2010, Melodie Dequeiros attended Université Paris Nanterre, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in English with a specialization in Studies of the English-speaking world.
