Steve Fitzgerald

Steve Fitzgerald is an accomplished executive with over 35 years of experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Firestorm Group Ltd since September 2019, Steve leads a diverse set of enterprises including executive coaching and real estate. Additional roles include Membership on the Board of Directors for PAIRIN, Board Membership at Cruxpoint Health Breakthrough Programs, Senior Advisor at New Markets Venture Partners, Strategic Advisor for Haven, and Strategic Planning Specialist at Focused Directions LLC. Steve also manages the CHRO Leadership Academy at Michigan State University. Previous positions include Chief Talent Officer at Bridgewater Associates, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at Visteon Corporation, and Vice President and General Manager of HR at Avaya. Steve Fitzgerald holds a Master's in Human Resources and Labor Relations and a Bachelor’s degree with triple majors from Michigan State University.
