Zsolt Simon, MBA, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Zsolt is currently the Human Resources Director at PairSoft since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director at Cendyn from January 2017 to November 2021. Zsolt also worked as an HR Business Partner at Novartis from August 2015 to May 2016. Zsolt served as the Head of HR Change, Development & Recruitment at METRO AG from June 2010 to May 2015. Before that, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist at GE Consumer & Industrial EMEA from September 2008 to May 2010. Zsolt began their career as a Senior Recruiter at Recourse Communications, Inc. from June 2005 to January 2008, where they successfully recruited over 100 employees for various Fortune 500 companies while ensuring compliance with U.S. legal regulations.

Zsolt Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Széchenyi István University, which they earned from 1995 to 1998. Following that, they pursued further education and completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management at Florida Atlantic University from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, Simon engaged in English as a Second Language (ESL) and Economics studies at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 2001 to 2003. Eventually, they went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the UCF College of Business, where they attended from 2006 to 2007.
