Muhammad Ali

Muhammad Ali is an experienced professional in production control and management, currently serving as Deputy Manager at Pak Suzuki Motor Company Limited since November 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing a team, setting productivity targets, monitoring production efficiency, and planning manpower in alignment with sales forecasts. Ali has also implemented and improved production processes using the ERP-LX system and provided technical support for various production activities. Previous experience includes a role as Assistant Manager in the same department, where Ali managed production planning and facilitated training programs. Early career experience includes a project internship at Indus Motor Company, focusing on Value Stream Mapping to enhance CKD supply efficiency, and an internship at Schneider Electric in fabrication processes. Muhammad Ali holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology.
