Nawaz Ali

Nawaz Ali has a diverse work experience in the maritime industry. NAWAZ started their career as a Marine Apprentice at Karachi Port Trust in 2012, where they gained hands-on experience in ship repairs, machine shop operations, and welding. In 2014, they joined Pakistan National Shipping Corporation as a Trainee Marine Engineer, where they were responsible for assisting senior engineers and performing tasks such as overhauling and assembling HFO aux generators, HFO purifiers, and main air compressors. NAWAZ later became an Engineer Officer and eventually a Senior Engineer Officer at the company. Currently, Nawaz Ali is working at Dynacom Tankers Management, Ltd. as a 3rd Marine Engineer Officer, with previous roles as an Ad. 3rd Engineer and Assistant 3rd Engineer.

NAWAZ ALI completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Marine Engineering from Pakistan Marine Academy between the years 2010 and 2012. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Petroleum Technology at Karachi University from 2012 to 2014. In March 2016, NAWAZ ALI obtained a Certificate of Competency as a Marine Engineer Officer from the Ministry of Port and Shipping.
