Steven Owen

Steven Owen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the real estate and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Executive Chairman at Palace Capital plc since July 2023, Steven Owen also owns Steven Owen Advisory, a consultancy established in 2011. Notable past roles include Non Executive Chairman at Primary Health Properties PLC from April 2018 to April 2024, where oversight was provided for a significant healthcare asset portfolio, and Partner at Wye Valley Partners LLP from February 2013 to April 2023, focusing on commercial real estate asset management. Steven Owen served as Director for Wales in London from 2010 to October 2018, and held various senior positions at Primary Health Properties PLC, including Non Executive Director and Senior Independent Director from April 2014 to April 2018.
