Ted R. has extensive work experience in the technology and finance sectors. Ted began their career at KPMG Canada in 1994, where they worked in Assurance & Advisory until 1999. In 2006, Ted joined Paladin Technologies Inc., a complex systems integrator specializing in access control, cameras, and monitoring services. At Paladin Technologies, they held the positions of President and CFO for the Paladin group of companies. Ted's leadership contributed to the growth of the organization, which now employs over 12,000 individuals across Canada and the USA.
Ted R. completed their high school education at Sentinel Secondary from 1985 to 1991, earning a High School Diploma. Ted then pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Ivey Business School at Western University from 1991 to 1995, resulting in an Honors Business Administration (HBA) degree. Following that, they attended the Institute of Chartered Accountants from 1995 to 1996 to obtain a CA degree in Accounting. Ted R. later enhanced their skills and knowledge through various professional development courses. In 2000, they completed a course in Effective Negotiation Skills at ENS Australia and another course on The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People at Franklin Covey. Additionally, in 2001, they pursued Advanced Project Management at the Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists, and Managers, Australia.
