Barzillai Josh M. Banogon

Barzillai Josh Banogon is a Senior Associate at Palarca and Baluyut Law Offices (PABLO) since April 2022, previously serving as a Junior Associate. Prior experience includes working as a Graduate Research Assistant at the UP Law Center's Information and Publications Division from July 2019 to May 2021 and as a Paralegal Officer for the Human Rights Violations Victims' Claims Board in late 2017, where Barzillai drafted resolutions related to reparation claims for victims of human rights violations during the Martial Law period.
