Patrick Baker

Patrick Baker is the Founder and CEO of Palarum, a company that provides healthcare solutions. Prior to their current position, Baker served as the VP of Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer at the University of Cincinnati Health System - West Chester Hospital from October 2011 to January 2017. Patrick also had a 25-year career with the United States Air Force and Ohio Air National Guard, where they served as an Executive Officer - MSC Officer. In 2011, Baker was named Healthcare Executive of the Year - National Award and in 2009, they completed a six-month tour to Joint Base Balad, Iraq.

Patrick Baker has a Master of Arts in Theology/Theological Studies from Xavier University, a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from The Ohio State University.
