Brad Hays

Brad Hays has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Brad started their career at Northwestern Mutual in 1998, where they held various positions such as Lead Architect in the Architecture Practice and Assistant Director for New Business. During their time at Northwestern Mutual, Brad led strategic efforts and developed new architecture capabilities. Brad also managed teams and was responsible for the modernization of the application web middleware capability. In 2014, Brad joined Northwestern Mutual Life Ins Co as a Product Manager for Application Modernization. In 2019, they joined Pan-American Life Insurance Group as a 2nd VP Application Development and later transitioned to the role of 2nd VP Technology Business Partner for Global Life Insurance. Overall, Brad has demonstrated expertise in technology, architecture, and project management throughout their career.

Brad Hays obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computational Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which they attended from 1980 to 1985. Brad also holds a certification in SAFe POPM from Scaled Agile, Inc., which they obtained in July 2017.
